Built For The Culture.
Period.

Scene & Sip is the party card game that finally puts your era, your movies, and your music at the center of the table. No more explaining why something is funny. No more pretending you care about a reference you don't know.

The Scene & Sip: The Culture Edition is the pre-order exclusive — 90 cards across three categories: 90s Hip-Hop & R&B, Black Movies, and Finish The Lyric, with Wild Cards and Sabotage Cards shuffled throughout. Teams compete to score points, avoid sips, and outwit each other before the clock runs out.

2–4 teams, 3+ players recommended. No app needed. No batteries. Just good drinks, real ones, and the knowledge you've been carrying since '94.

Wild Card
Do a 90s dance move for 10 seconds. Table votes if it counts.

Black Movies
"You got knocked the f*** out!"
#BM-22
Finish The Lyric
"It was all a dream, I used to read Word Up magazine..."
#FTL-01

Simple To Learn.
Hard To Put Down.

Split into 2–4 teams. Pick a Referee to keep time and make final calls. First team to 15 points wins the Quick Game — or go to 21 for the full session.

01
🔀

Setup

Shuffle the master deck — Wild, Clue, and Sabotage Cards all together. Assign a Referee to track time and points. Coin toss decides who goes first. Play rotates clockwise.

02
🃏

Start Your Turn

Clue Giver draws 1 card. Referee starts the 60-second timer. Follow the card's instructions — default is verbal clues. Skip up to 1 card per turn, no penalty.

03

Score Points

Correct answer = +1 point. Bonus answer = +1 (only after a correct main answer). Keep drawing new cards and scoring until time runs out. Same turn until the clock stops.

04
🔁

Repeat

Next team goes. Rotate the Clue Giver every turn. Keep playing until one team hits 15 or 21. Fail to score 2 turns in a row — your whole team sips.

🃏
Wild Cards

Wild Cards flip the turn. They might change how you give clues, make you quote a movie line, or have you pull off a 90s dance move for 10 seconds. The table votes if you did it right.

💣
Sabotage Cards

Keep them hidden. Play against opponents to disrupt their turn — when the card says to, not before.

💀
Sudden Death Sip-Off

Tied game? Each team draws 1 Clue. 30 seconds. 1 guess. Miss — team sips, next tied team goes. Repeat until one team gets it right.

🗳️

Community Vote Dance Move and Movie Quote cards go to a table vote. Majority decides if the point is awarded. The table rules — not the Referee.

🎤

Finish The Lyric Team must correctly complete the line to score. Close answers go to the Referee. Their call is final.

The Table Hasn't
Been The Same Since.

We played for three hours and nobody touched their phone once. Not once. That never happens.

— Keisha T., Chicago

My cousin started singing the whole verse when she was supposed to just finish one line. We had to make her sip twice for taking too long.

— Marcus D., Atlanta

This is the game I've been waiting for. Every other party game feels like it was made for somebody else. This one felt like it was made for us.

Do I need to know every reference to enjoy the game?

No — but you'll want to. Half the fun is watching someone at your table who definitely should know an answer completely blank on it. The gaps are part of the game.

Every Other Party Game
Was Made For Someone Else's Table.

Generic trivia goes cold fast.

References you have to explain. Questions about things nobody at your table cares about. Phones out by round three. You know how that night ends.

This is specific on purpose.

The music is real. The movies are yours. The moments on these cards are things you actually lived through — and the people at your table will feel that the second the first card hits.

Wild Cards keep it unpredictable.

One card can change how you give clues, make you quote a movie cold, or put you on the spot doing a 90s dance move while everyone at the table decides your fate. Sabotage Cards make it worse — in the best way.

No app. No setup. Just the game.

Shuffle. Deal. Play. The rules fit on one page. The culture does the rest. This isn't trying to be everything — it's trying to be exactly one thing, done right.

Why I Built This.

"

I made Scene & Sip because I was tired of sitting around with good people… playing games that didn't really connect.

It always felt the same — references that missed, jokes that needed explaining, and energy that never quite got there. We'd try to make it fun, but it wouldn't last. Before long, everybody's back on their phones.

That's not the kind of time I like to have.

I enjoy seeing people laugh for real. I enjoy those moments where the whole table is locked in — talking, joking, a little friendly trash talk, everybody engaged and having a good time.

So I made something for that.

Scene & Sip is built to bring people together — friends, family, whoever's at the table — and keep the energy there. It's about connection, competition, and those moments that turn into stories later.

It's rooted in the culture I grew up on, but it's made to be enjoyed by anybody who knows how to have a good time.

Because at the end of the day, it's not just about the game.

It's about the experience at the table.
